  • ILC was founded in 1980 to manage a group of entities that provide key services for the country’s development.
  • At ILC, we participate actively in the financial and health sectors through AFP Habitat (pensions), Confuturo (life insurances), Banco Internacional (banking), Red Salud (healthcare provider), Isapre Consalud (mandatory health insurances) and Vida Cámara (supplemental health insurances).
  • We listed our Company in 2012 raising US$468 million, being one of the largest IPO in Chile’s history.
  • Our majority shareholder is the Chilean Construction Chamber (CChC), which holds a 67% stake in our Company.
  • We have more than 14,500 employees at the consolidated level, including operations in Chile, Peru and Colombia.
