ILC launches a Public Offer of Shares (OPA) to acquire at least 67% of Banco Internacional.

The Offer should extend for 30 calendar days, beginning at the opening of the stock market on March 7th, 2019 and expiring at the close of the stock market on April 5th, 2019.
