ILC received the authorization from the Superintendence of Banks and Financial Institucion (SBIF) to continue its procces of increase its interest in Banco Internacional to 67%

In accordance with the material fact of November 2018, ILC received the authorization from the SBIF to acquire, through its subsidiary ILC HoldCo SpA, the 13.82% of the Banco Internacional shares to hold the 67% of the stake. The operation will take place through a takeover bid (TOB) launch the first weeks of March.
